Sorry about sounding miserable in the movie, its 9 on a Friday night and I have been getting up at 5 in the morning for school the last couple of months. but here it is.
That is the template for the head of the board. For this second board there are a variety of things that i am going to change about this board. To start off with i am going to make it out of 3 sheets of 1/4" birch plywood, bent to a flat, concave shape. It will not have very much flex and hopefully won't be too heavy. I have also changed up the graphics, and I'll post those later. I am also going to put a few layers of fiberglass on it for strength and a nice finish. We'll see how it goes!!
